If anyone in the 21st century still thinks that country music is all HEE HAW hillbilly tunes, one listen to Rascal Flatts's Feels Like Today proves that nothing could be further from the truth. More Backstreet Boys than Buck Owens, Rascal Flatts are in may ways the musical embodiment of the true New South; these boys may acknowledge their place in a rural history, but they're just as likely to be watching basketball as rodeo riding. Throughout, lead singer Gary Levox shows off his finely honed contemporary-R&B-esque vocal chops, giving even Usher a run for his money. The production style is suitably bright and punchy, with every twanging Telecaster lick, cracking snare, and sparkling cymbal crash perfectly in place. The group is at its best on the power ballads ("The Day Before You," "Bless the Broken Road"), when the music's Nashville heart, urban sheen, and Levox's yearning vocals mesh in just the right quantities to please an unusually wide cross-section of listeners.

The lead off song for this CD is great. And if it is like the other CD's that they have done it will be great. These guys are good in concert, and all the music is good. A must have CD for any CD collection.

This album is an improvement from their earlier material, Their voices sound a lot better and songs such as "Breakaway" really shows this. They could experiment in a different kind of music and who said country music could never be popular. Order This CD Today, you wont be dissapointed!

If you are a fan of great lyrics and tempos that make you want to sing (and dance) along, then you can't go wrong with Feels Like Today. Their harmonies are beautiful and make every song on this album a joy. RF is awesome on both the ballads and the more uptempo songs. You will not be disappointed!

This CD is great! Rascal Flatts have done it again!
'Fast Cars and Freedom' is a fave.
I just love Gary's voice!
"Bless The Broken Road' is a great song for a First Dance for any Country Music Fans' Wedding.
It's a really good CD to just have on in the background.
Pure Rascal Flatts sound!

Rascal Flatts are an awesome band! I saw them in concert a couple times!! The best songs on this CD are "Feels Like Today", "Bless The Broken Road", and Fast Cars And Freedom".
